• Yes we will issue exchanges on all undamaged & unworn items.
• We offer one complimentary size exchange per order within 14 or 30 days of delivery. Any additional exhanges or exchanges requested outside this period will require the customer to cover shipping costs.
• We do not offer free returns
• Items must have all tags attached
• Items must be in original packaging
• Estilio reserves the right to deny a return if items are returned used, worn or damaged in any way. This also includes if the garments have hair, perfume or scents on the garment.

Items eligible for refunds are strictly pieces with a manufacturing fault.

Items not eligible for refunds:

• Items purchased using a discount code or during a sale/promo period
• Sample items
• Sale items
